It was brought to my attention (thanks Richard!) that the settings were such that you needed a Google account to make comments. That's all fixed. Anyone can comment now.
And because that is much too boring a post, I'm adding this photo I found. I will be in Nepal for Tihar (aka Diwali). It is a 5-day festival and on the second day they specially honor dogs. How cute are these guys?
I think Mattie now wants to know how we will be honoring her at Diwali....
ReplyDeleteI want one. and I will be making Mattie a garland of marigolds to celebrate the joy she brings into our lives.
ReplyDeleteWell...this is a bit different than being able to taste the cheese reading the Paris blog. As always, enjoying your colorful account. Glad you are riding the wave! Pattie
ReplyDeleteMy old friend Judy Margolis says she is a good friend of Lama Phunstok, who is the head of the main temple, the one with the eye. She says if you need advice on how to deal with you project or most anything, if you talk to him and mention that Judy sent you, he will be of great help. You also know Diana Hadley whose sister Magie Kress is now deceased but was a very close friend of his. Diana is the one who had the bobcat Magrew who we used to visit when you were about 5 or 6.
ReplyDeleteIs there a reliable bar association who when given money will give value?
We will be looking to the bar association to screen clients . . . hope to talk to someone there soon, and see if they are interested. Their website says that gaining access to justice is a primary goal, so that looks promising.
